Measurement and Inference Lab

The Measurement and Inference Lab is focused on developing and improving technology to allow for rapid and accurate data analysis, with specific emphasis on microarray and closely related technologies. The Lab’s work also includes developing technological methods that integrate mathematical models to better understand biological problems.

Current Projects:
1. Targeting tumors with Multimeric Ligand.

2. Marker identification for small samples.

3. Noise influence on informatics analysis of microarrays and other tool development.

4. Marker identification in RNA-I experiments.

5. Data analysis and support for TGen research, including colon cancer, leukemia and breast cancer.
